It is my pleasure and privillege to be associated with M. B. Kedia Dental College and Hospital. I need not laborate the importance of oral health education in our country. There are only few Dental College in our country. M. B. Kedia Dental College is fourth among them situated at Birgunj. There is no Dental College and Hospital in the radius of nearly 200 KM and therefore Nepalese students as well as patients are bound to go abroad for study and treatment. This venture will at one hand check this outflow and at the other hand increase inflow from the border towns of neighbouring country.

This college will run a four and half year B.D.S. course in addition to one yar internship. The College is run by a group of dedicated people from different sectors of life with missionary zeal. It is under jurisdiction of Nepal Medical Council and in line with National education c omission. We are proud to be affiliated to Tribhuvan University, t he first University of Nepal with over fifty years of credit. With support of people, I hope we will able to satisfy the Social, Medical and Educational needs of the people.

Lastly I pray to all mighty for his blessing in our moto of service to mankind and quality education.
